Gamasutra covers Wedgewood's childhood to his present job, from early gaming times to modding with Q3F, then going pro. Sadly, no new infos about QW, but still interesting read.
This podcast has some interesting statements from the guy that got to play the game. For instance: "One thing is that they insisted that it's actually slower than Quake III by quite a significant margin, but when you're used to playing Battlefield...Quake Wars is faster than hell."
